CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy:

At Atharv Textile, we strive to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions to help you make informed purchasing decisions. Each order undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

If you encounter size issues with your item(s), we are happy to assist with a size exchange. Please note that we currently do not accept returns.

Exchange Eligibility:

We offer exchanges only for domestic orders. To be eligible for an exchange, the items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Exchange Terms & Criteria:

• Non-Exchangeable Items: Bags, home décor, and jewelry items are non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective.
• Color Variations: Due to differences in screen displays, slight color variations may occur. We do not accept exchanges based on color differences, fabric material, or quality concerns.
• Website Orders Only: Exchanges are only available for orders placed on our official website, atharvtextiles1@gmail.com.
• International Orders: At this time, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.

Exchange Process:

If your request meets the exchange criteria, please follow these steps for a seamless exchange process:

1. Contact Us: Raise an exchange request via email at satharvtextiles1@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

    

2. Processing Fee: A fee of ₹300 per product will be charged to process the exchange request. Once the fee is paid, share the payment receipt with us via email.

   • Alternatively: If you prefer to send the product yourself, we will provide you with the shipping address. After shipping, please provide us with the AWB number and courier details. Atharv Textile is not liable for any loss during transit if the customer ships the item directly.

3. Reverse Pickup: After payment confirmation, we will arrange a reverse pickup using a trusted courier service.

4. Quality Check: Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, we will dispatch the new size within 7-10 working days.

5. One-Time Exchange: Size exchanges will only be processed once per order. Multiple exchanges for the same order are not permitted.

6. Size Unavailability: If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note for the total item amount will be issued.

   Credit Note Validity: 90 days.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your prepaid or COD orders within 24 hours of placing the order. For prepaid orders, we can either issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of the same value.

Atharv Textile reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of raw materials, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers with prepaid orders will receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the registered bank account, and you will be notified via email.

• Credit Note Validity: 90 days.
• Cancellation Fee: For prepaid orders, a 2-3% fee may apply to cover payment gateway charges.

Refund Policy:

Atharv Textile does not offer returns or refunds once the product has been delivered. However, we do provide a size exchange as outlined above.

For products that are defective or damaged upon receipt, refunds will be processed after deducting the following charges:

• Prepaid Orders: 5% of the product amount to cover gateway fees.
• COD Orders: 3% of the product amount.
